Visiting the studios of our makers has always been a favourite part of running Kaolin. You get a behind the scenes glimpse of their making process which gives insight into their work, allowing for a deeper appreciation of the finished pieces. From the haze of the ongoing lockdown here in Auckland we reached out to Richard Beauchamp, and with the help of Lyttelton-based photographer Chloe Langley we captured him at work in the studio.
